Returns

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and without damage.
• Some items (e.g., earphones, screen protectors) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued once the returned product is inspected and approved.
• Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.

Exchanges

• If you receive a defective or wrong product, we will replace it at no extra cost.
